Most general travel cards reward you with miles for all the purchases, sometimes rewards on travel purchases are higher, but anyway, you’ll get lots of miles in the end that you will be able to redeem on any airline purchases, not just a selected one. For example, the Discover it Miles credit card gives you 1.5 miles on all purchases without any limit and they don’t expire.
