There is a Club O Rewards MasterCard credit card that is offered by Overstock. As it goes from the name, this card is a Mastercard credit card which means you can use it everywhere Mastercard is accepted. This card allows to earn cash back in Club O Dollars. You can earn 3% in Club O Dollars when shopping at Overstock, 2% in Club O Dollars on gas and grocery purchases and 1% everywhere else. There also is a sign-up bonus of $40 statement credit, which you can get after first use of the card. As you can see, the rewards are good but you should remember that you won't be able to redeem them for anything you want. The rewards can be redeemed through the Club O Rewards Program only.

Most credit cards with gas rewards will allow you to earn cash back on gas purchases and on all other purchases as well. The cards will allow you to earn at least 1% cash back on all purchases including gas purchases. Also, gas credit cards may come with a sign-up bonus which you can get after meeting specific requirements. Cash back can be redeemed for statement credits, gift cards, or you can simply redeem for cash.

There's no need to close it now as it may hurt your credit score and you may as well utilize your sign-up bonus since you have that opportunity. Make a purchase within the first 60 days and then just pick it up once a year to keep your account active. For your purchases, it's better to acquire a regular rewards credit card, if you don't have one yet. It's more universal and the points are redeemable for everything you want, not just cruises.

Their card offers a 5% discount but it also offers a hefty APR of 23.90%. This is not out of the ordinary for a store branded card. For the most part store cards generally have an APR of at least 19.99%. So we would not recommend you to use this card if you were going to carry a balance as it would quickly negate the savings and end up costing you more. What is more, it comes with discount only for Target purchases and can be used only at Target stores. If you want to earn rewards when shopping at Target, you may choose general credit card with cash back rewards.
