Here’s a List of the Best Credit Cards for 2021

2020 has definitely been a very unusual and challenging year. Many of us have been waiting for its end more than ever. And now, when there is less than a week left until the beginning of the new year, it’s time to sum up the outgoing one and find out the results of the annual Best Credit Card Awards for 2021 by U.S. News & World Report.
The Best Credit Card Awards is held two times a year to determine top credit cards. It is supposed to help common people choose a worthwhile card suitable for their personal needs. For this, the U.S. News defines eight credit card categories. In each of them there is one winner, which is carefully selected through analysis.
In order to win, each challenger must meet general requirements. For example, the card must be issued by a major U.S. credit card issuer and be available to U.S. applicants. Besides, there are specific requirements for every category. Well, let’s finally take a look at this year winners:

This year, the U.S. News decided to add one more category: Best Credit Card for the New Normal. According to the online portal editors, the chosen credit card is “perfect for not just surviving but also thriving during a pandemic”. The card is supposed to become a good helper in times of social distancing by saving on APRs and fees and bringing rewards for everyday online and in-store purchases. Here it is:
