ABOC 5X Rewards Calendar 2020
Amalgamated Bank of Chicago’s rewards program brings owners of the Amalgamated Bank of Chicago Platinum Rewards Mastercard® Credit Card and the 5x Points per $1 spent on purchases in rotating categories (up to $1,500 per quarter). All other purchases earn 1 Point per $1 spent with no caps. The points are earned automatically and do not require activation.
- January 1 – March 31, 2020: Monthly Bills (utilities, cell, cable, Amazon Prime and streaming subscription services purchases).
- April 1 – June 30, 2020: Dining and Transportation (grocery, restaurants and several forms of transportation).
- July 1 – September 30, 2020: Travel (qualifying airline, cruise, car rental, hotel, travel agency purchases, gas, tolls, and ride share).
- October 1 – December 31, 2020: Department Stores (qualifying department and electronics stores, superstores, Amazon.com, and other major online retailers).
Chase 5% Cash Back Calendar 2020
Chase Freedom credit card also comes with 5% cash back in set groups of locations which change each quarter on up to $1,500 in combined purchases per quarter. An important note is that these categories should be specially activated. All other purchases bring a 1% cash back bonus with no caps. For now, the issuer has announced only the first quarter categories.
- January 1 – March 31, 2020: Gas stations, Internet, Cable and Phone Services, Select Streaming Services.
- April 1 – June 30, 2020: to be announced.
- July 1 – September 30, 2020: to be announced.
- October 1 – December 31, 2020: to be announced.
Citi 5% Cash Back Calendar 2020
Citi has a deal with the increased 5% cash back on the Citi® Dividend Card (offer is currently not available for new applicants). Nothing new there, the same 5% back for purchases in particular categories each quarter and 1% back on all other purchases. However, the total annual cash back is limited to $300. To get the rewards, you should simply enroll in the offer once, no further action is required after that.
- January 1 – March 31, 2020: Fitness Clubs, Supermarkets.
- April 1 – June 30, 2020: Drugstores, Amazon.
- July 1 – September 30, 2020: to be announced.
- October 1 – December 31, 2020: to be announced.
