However, Aviator cards have more tiers with different sets of benefits.

You can choose any balance transfer credit card to transfer the balance from your existing Citi card. The only condition is, you should not choose a Citi card as balance transfer between cards that are issued by one bank are not allowed. If you want to stay with Citi, you can try downgrading your card to a card with no annual fee. Usually Citi allows to downgrade to the Double Cash card but we would recommend you to contact the representative to see what other options you have.

Their ongoing interest rates can be significantly lower than those of the eBay credit card and will depend on your creditworthiness. Unfortunately you do not write the name of your card so we can only recommend you to visit your credit card issuer official website or call them directly at the number on the back of your credit card. Almost every issuer has a section where you can create\login an online account on their website. For this you will need your account number, SSN, valid e-mail address, and a credit card. If you can't find it or have some other problems with online account, you should address your issue to your credit card issuer directly.

You can check the status of your credit card application online, just log in to your credit card issuer's web site. Search for and press on the "application status" or "new applications" tab, give the information required to gain access, say SSN and mailing ZIP code, and view the current status of your credit card application. You can also call your credit card customer service. In this case don't forget to keep the information about your credit card application handy. If you are denied, your credit card issuer will notify you in writing. And if you are approved, you will get your credit card in the mail in a couple of weeks.
