I have Aadvantage Aviator credit card and Citi Aadvantage card and would like to cancel the second. I have some balance on the Citi card and would like to transfer it. Or, if possible, to see if it is possible to downgrade the card to a no annual fee card.

You can choose any balance transfer credit card to transfer the balance from your existing Citi card. The only condition is, you should not choose a Citi card as balance transfer between cards that are issued by one bank are not allowed. If you want to stay with Citi, you can try downgrading your card to a card with no annual fee. Usually Citi allows to downgrade to the Double Cash card but we would recommend you to contact the representative to see what other options you have.
