Yes, but there are a few things to know before you start applying. The first thing you’ll want to do is order a copy of your credit report. Do this for each of the big three credit bureaus: Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax. You are entitled to a free copy every year. Look through the reports carefully, taking note of any information that may not be accurate. Some estimates say that as many as 80% of credit reports contain errors; you will want to contact the credit bureau and correct any misinformation that you find. Next, look at your overall credit score. It may not actually be as bad as you fear. If it is, don’t worry; many people are able to recover from poor credit in less time than they think. But no matter what your credit score is, you’ll most likely be able to apply for a Regions Bank credit card. Moreover, there are other credit cards for people with average credit, limited credit, and good credit available.
