American Express Gives Cardholders The Best Seats In The House With New Digital Ticketing Platform

Music fans have another reason to get an American Express card, if they don’t have one already.
The premium credit card issuer, which offers cards for folks with good to excellent credit, has long been known for producing exclusive concert experiences. But their new digital platform, which they’re launching in conjunction with LaneOne.com, will offer concertgoers even more. They’ll have the opportunity not only to buy tickets, but to score great seats, get a credit for ride-sharing or parking fees, and have access to a preferred ticket-holders only entrance, as well as dedicated customer support from LaneOne.
For participating shows, there will be a two-week presale open only to American Express card members. The presale will be for tickets located in the first ten rows of the concert venue. This allows Amex members to nab the best seats in the house before they’re available to the general public.
Deborah Curtis, vice president of entertainment marketing and sponsorships at American Express, explains why the company is excited about the partnership with LaneOne: “Our entertainment platform was created thirty years ago with the intent of bringing our card members closer to the artists they love.” Curtis said LaneOne offers a seamless digital experience on an easy-to-use mobile app, with a dedication to great customer service.
The Eagles, Harry Styles among first concert experiences available
The first concert American Express members had access to through the LaneOne platform was the Eagles 2018 North American Tour, and up next is the much anticipated Harry Styles tour. A full list of tour dates and offers is available at www.laneone.com.
“American Express was our first and only choice when…launching LaneOne,” said the LaneOne CEO Eric Johnson. “The brand’s exemplary reputation and focus on entertainment’s biggest events allows LaneOne to reach the right consumers and provide a premier and seamless experience through our platform and services.”
Having a premium credit card for consumers with good credit, such as an American Express card, often pays off for cardholders. The benefits of having good credit include having access to cards that offer perks such as exclusive access to events, and VIP treatment at those events.
