I'm considering acquiring an Eva Air credit card, but I'm a little confused about their conditions. With the exchange rate of the NT$, I'm not sure if it's a good bargain. What do you think?

If you are from the US, you are unlikely to get it. It is issued only for the Taiwan residents. Currently there are no Eva Air credit cards issued for the US residents. You'd rather take a look at other travel cards, not co-branded, that lure you with high sign-up bonuses and rewards. Give special consideration to the Discover it® Miles, that not only gives you great rewards and matches them at the end of the first year (provided you are a new cardmember), but also has no annual fee and no foreign transaction fee.
All rates and fees, and other terms and conditions of the products mentioned in this article/post are actual as of the last update date but are subject to change. See the current products' Terms & Conditions on the issuing banks' websites.
