LATAM Pass kilometers, rewards of Latam frequent flyer program, probably work as other rewards. You earn miles and then redeem them for flights or other options if they are available.

If you don’t want to be tied to one program, you may choose travel rewards credit card with miles. The miles rewards programs are simple and cause no redemption hassles. For example, with the Discover it® Miles card you will earn unlimited 1.5 miles on all purchases. All miles you’ve earned at the end of the first year will be matched if you are a new cardmember. For example, if you earn 30,000 miles, you will get 60,000 miles. Miles are very flexible, as you can redeem them toward any travel expenses – flights on any airlines, including LATAM Airlines flights, hotel stays, cruises and more. The Discover it® Miles credit card has no annual fee and no foreign transaction fees.

All rates and fees, and other terms and conditions of the products mentioned in this article/post are actual as of the last update date but are subject to change. See the current products' Terms & Conditions on the issuing banks' websites.

However, if you do not fly with Southwest often, we recommend you consider travel credit cards and without an annual fee.
