Qmiles are valid for a period of 3 years and will expire twice a year at the end of the semester in which those Qmiles where earned. Expiry dates will be 30th June and 31st December each year. For example, Qmiles earned between January and June 2015 will expire 30th June 2018 and Qmiles earned between July and December 2015 will expire 31st December 2018. If you need a credit card with the rewards that never expire, pay you attention at the Discover it® Miles credit card. Using this card you will earn unlimited 1.5 miles on all purchases. Discover will match all the miles you've earned at the end of your first year (if you are a new cardmember). Miles can be redeemed with any airline without limitations.
All rates and fees, and other terms and conditions of the products mentioned in this article/post are actual as of the last update date but are subject to change. See the current products' Terms & Conditions on the issuing banks' websites.
