what credit card companys offer credit cards with no personal guarantee

If you mean unsecured credit cards, there are a variety of such cards issued by all the banks. You just have to compare cards withouth "secured" note.

Is there anyway to determine which credit bureau a lender will use to check your credit record prior to applying?

Yes. You can call the bank (so-called Hotline) and ask about it. You can also use the following address http://creditboards.com/forums/index.php?autocom=creditpulls. But usually, most banks just pull all three credit reports and use the lowest score to evaluate your credit history.

Well, it's impossible to give a definite answer to your question as in most cases the time you should wait for your card depends on your credit score. There are cards with instant approval, and they will come more quickly than others, but of course, not the same day. Chase bank is known as authoritative business credit cards issuer, maybe you expected too much ;-)

I have poor credit, I am a woman starting a new business and I am trying to figure out which card to apply for with a credit of at least 1000.00 no annual fee, to help with start up costs for my business and to use for business expenses.

as you start your own business, creditors will regard your credit history making the decision about your card, so count on cards for poor credit. They can lend you 1000, but hardly they have no annual fee. Maybe, you should try to apply for a secured credit card making a $1000 bank account. So look through the credit card offers by Orchard or First Premier.

I need to transfer my balance from my other credit card to one with a lower % APR but I also have poor credit. Are there any credit cards for people with bad credit to transfer balances??

Unfortunately, balance transfer cards are not available for peoplew with poor credit. So you'll have to be patient enough to pay off your present card. If it's too hard for you to pay, you may try to ask the bank to lower your payments or the APR.

Look through the cards and choose the one that fits you best, but you should take into account that in some cases instant approval doesn't mean you'll get your card the same day - more likely, you will be approved the same day. Before applying for this or that card, read the terms and conditions carefully.

I have my self vowed to post comments about aspire on every single consumer Website and it seem that everyone has the same problem I have. Card annual fee was 150 + 25 processing fee 200 Balance was 300 = 100 Available credit 1) sporatic bills but you do get a late payment 2) No grace period at all. I once before sent a payment 7 days before due date and my payment got there the day it was due. They said they couldn\\\\\\\'t have posted my payment since it was few hours past the cut off time. 3) Managers are stupid and arrogant their customer service is in India and all their names are either John, Bob or Tom - Women are either Jane, Vicki or Jennifer which makes it hard if you ever want to reference them. 4) I fell in some financial problems and couldn\\\\\\\'t pay the card after 2 months went into Charge-off status and into THEIR collection department Even though the card was in collection status they still charged me Monthly Maintenance fees for the card and they also charged me 35 dollars
