Credit Card Lamp Is it hard to get approved by Discover card or American Express if you have poor credit history but have made all current credit card account payments on time for the past 6 months?
Answer:
In fact, with a poor credit history you do not qualify for a Discover or American Express credit. They demand a good or an excellent credit history. To get these credit cards you are to improve your credit score to at least a good one. Check up your credit score, probably it went up?
At first, I recommend to apply for a Poor Credit Card or a Secured Credit Card and reestablish your credit.

Credit Card Lamp My son is 23 yrs. old working in Beaufort, SC. He has no credit history and needs to establish credit. What is the easiest, less costly way to do this?
Answer:
As I see, your son is no longer a student, however, he can apply for a credit card for No Credit History. This will help him establish a credit and there\'s no other way to make a fresh start. To apply online is the royal road to show himself. You can view credit cards for no credit in No Credit section.

Credit Card Lamp my credit score is zero.i would like to make it grow and build my credit.the problem is there are alot of cards and i dont know how to pick the right card.i make almost 30,000 dollers a year and have always paid with cash and i have only used checks for a couple of yrs .can you pick the best card for me?
Answer:
Try getting a secured credit card. That would be the easiest way.
You deposit an amount in a bank for about a year, the bank issues you a credit card for the limit of the amount you've deposited. That's the best way to start building up your credit. Make sure you are never late on your payments and you'll make positive credit marks. So choose not so much the card as the bank - First Premier or Orchard Bank.

Good luck!

Credit Card Lamp I was wondering if it is possible to get a credit card immediately? I currently have an american express card right now with money on it, but alot of places do not except american express, I need to know if I can get a master card or visa right away and if it is better if I call the credit card company.?
Answer:
If you apply for an instant approval credit card and you have good credit history, you can be approved in 60 seconds via Internet. If your credit score is not good or you want some other card, it'll be longer, but all in all Internet is the fastest way to apply for a card.

Answer:
Unfortunately, balance transfer credit cards are for those with good credit, as you have to work for the right to use such an advantage. So you should brace up and try to pay off your present debt thus improving your credit score.

Credit Card Lamp What credit score do I need to apply for an american express card. I have been on time with all my payment for apporoximatey a year even though i have experience problems in the past. i have no past due accounts.
Answer:
American Express cards usually require good credit, i.e. more than 660 points. Ask your present credit score at a special agency and if it is OK, make an application for one of the American Express credit cards listed at our site.
