I’ve spend almost all my credit limit on my credit card at a time. Will it somehow damage my credit score?

Unfortunately, it will. It is advised to charge no more than 30 per cent of your credit limit. Credit bureaus don’t care if you pay off your card balance in full each month. They are interested in how much of your available credit you use. So, don’t charge close to your credit limit if you don’t want to lower your credit score. Use your credit card to build your financial future not to pay your lifestyle.
