I applied for Lowes credit and got approved but my CL low and APR is high. I have excellent credit and thought they will offer me better rate. Can you point a card with low rate and a higher credit limit?

With excellent credit, you can apply for any credit card that offers 0% introductory APR on purchases. For example, the Discover it Miles card comes with a 14-month 0% intro APR on purchases. The card has no annual fee and gives miles rewards for purchases.
If you need a longer zero introductory period, you may like the Citi Simplicity Card with a 21-month 0% intro APR. The ongoing interest rate will be between 14.99% and 24.99% (variable). The card has no annual fee, no late fees, and no penalty rate. There is no rewards program offered.
As you can see there are different credit card offers with various benefits out there. Just shop around to find the best offer for you.
