I shop at Best Buy frequently, but I do not want to apply for their credit card because I trust only major banks. Could you recommend me card with rewards for shopping at Best Buy?

The best strategy to earn rewards for shopping is to apply for a general rewards credit card that offers decent cash back, points or miles rewards on all purchases. We would recommend you apply for the Discover it® – Cashback Match™ credit card because as a sign-up bonus, you will have all your rewards matched at the end of your first year. Ongoing rewards are as following: you will earn 5% cash back in rotating categories (up to the quarterly maximum) and 1% cash back everywhere else. The 5% cash back requires enrolment, so make sure you join in every time a category changes, that’s only four times a year. The card has no annual fee and no foreign transaction fees.
