I’m interested in Southwest Plus card, but still skeptical about it because it charges $69 annual fee. Is this card really worth it?

If you fly Southwest often (at least two or three times a year) a Southwest credit card may worth it because the card has the anniversary bonus which partially covers the annual fee. However, if you do not fly with them often you may want a more versatile credit card and without an annual fee. For example, the Discover it Miles credit card can be good for you. The card rewards with 1.5 miles for every dollar spent on purchases and will allow you to redeem earned miles with any airline of your choice. Plus, the card has a good bonus offer: a mile for mile match. As a new member you’ll get all your miles matched at the end of your first year. So, if you earn 30,000 miles, you get 60,000 miles. The card has no annual fees and no foreign transaction fees. If 1.5 miles per dollar is not enough, register your card at Discover Deals portal and earn additional 5% to 20% cashback or get travel deals with discounts.
