I have Aspire Federal Union credit card and I like it but the thing is it does not give much rewards, one point per dollar. I want a credit card that will give me more rewards, points or cash back. Do you have such card?

One point per dollar spent is a pretty much standard reward that is offered on most reward credit cards. If you want to earn more, you can look at the credit card offers from Barclaycard. Their credit cards can offer a bit more than a standard one point per dollar reward. If you are not afraid of changing categories that can give two or three times more rewards and ready to sign up every time a category changes, then you may get interested in Discover credit cards. Also, many credit card issuers have their own online portals where you can earn more rewards or save more on your purchases.

I would appreciate an answer to my questions as to why when I had a Sunoco fleet card and canceled it, why can’t I get a regular Sunoco credit card?

As noted below i have had a Sunoco Fleet credit card and canceled it and would like to replace it with a regular Sunoco credit card and I am told that my credit doesn’t warrant it, why?

We would recommend you to check your credit reports and credit scores to make sure your credit score hasn’t dropped down. When you cancel a credit card it may cause a decrease of your credit score because you lower available credit limit by doing this and as a result, it can increase your credit utilization ration, which causes credit score drop.

This is an interesting dilemma. The thing about credit cards is, you will only get into debt using one if you use it to buy things that are beyond your means.
