As much as I appreciate the JCPenney rewards program included with their, JCPenney is not really my favorite place to shop at and I'd like to earn and redeem rewards at even more places. Is there a card that I can use to earn rewards on all of my department store shopping?

A cashback card is also a good standby, since it will allow you to receive a small percentage back on every purchase you make.
