With Discover credit cards you can earn 5% Cashback Bonus for purchases in categories that change seasonally. They change throughout the year and include travel, home improvement and department stores, gas, hotels, movies and theme parks, grocery and drug stores and restaurants. Dollar amount of purchases is specified for each program. Any category purchases above this amount will earn up to 1% cashback bonus automatically.
