I want a card that has 0% for at least 12 months and also includes online bill pay. Is there such an offer?
Look thru the pages devoted to 0% on Purchases and 0% on Balance Transfers at www.Credit-Land.com. There you will surely find the credit card offers to your liking. E.g., Platinum Card issued by Discover.

What's the best card if you have excellent credit, pay your balance every month, prefer cash rewards/rebates and desire a low rate on international purchases?
Having an excellent credit is really honourable! Here you are to decide which credit card to choose since you can obtain more benefits than people with no or bad credit.
For details, see Excellent Credit,or better Low Rate Credit Card Offers and Rewards Cards as well as Cash Rebates. Probably it would be a Frequent Flyer Credit Card.
There are some crucial differences between those cards, so be sure to choose one meeting your needs.

have my own business hsbc say adverse information on my account but experian has nothing on its files looking for my credit score but cant obtain it
Try getting your credit score at www.BestCreditOffers.com. If there's unfavorable or no information on your account, you will probably be able to have a no credit history card or poor/bad credit history card. Unfortunately, high credit won't be available in this case.

As for offshore credit cards, we deal with cards issued in Canada and United Kingdom. See CANADIAN CREDIT CARDS and UK CREDIT CARDS. If you need some other country's cards, try to to apply for information to offshore banks having representative offices in US (if you are in US).

My FICO score is 650 Equifax, 650 Experian, 688 Transunion, and I need a card with a low intro rate and high limit to transfer balances to.

Can you advise me which card that would be?
In general, a score of 650 or above indicates a very good credit history. People with these scores will usually find application process quick and easy, and will have a good chance to obtain a credit card at a relatively low rate of interest.

See Good credit section. The best way is to see it yourself and decide what you need most - if you want to improve your business or just to get a rewards credit card for everyday purchases.

You can as well apply to Credit-Land.com to find a rich choice of credit cards.

Good Luck,

MY CREDIT SCORE IS 620 WHAT CREDIT CARD CAN I APPLY FOR
Credit Score of 620 is generally good credit, people with this score have a good chance to obtain credit at a good rate, but may have to provide additional documentation and explanations to the lender before a large loan is approved. Often credit can be obtained with APR of 8% or more. See Good Credit Cards.
