I have fair to poor credit. I am trying to rebuild my credit but i want to consolidate my credit cards and payoff some bill so i can make one payment. I need a credit card with at least 5000.00 limit on it but i can't seem to find one with my credit history. Where can i find one?
If your credit is fair to poor you still have a chance of consolidating your credit cards by means of balance transfer credit card for poor credit history. The first option you can use is to apply for one of secured credit card, namely, New Millennium Platinum Visa or Platinum MasterCard with balance transfer option. As far as this card is secured, your credit limit will be determined by your bank account deposit, which should be 100-200% of credit line required depending on the bank. Nowadays you can also try to apply for Orchard bank CreditVue MasterCard with balance transfers available, improve your credit in due course and apply for a credit card with required credit limit.

I have good credit score. I want a % APR for maximum amount of time with no balance transfer fees for more than one credit card balance.
Which card do you recommend?
If your credit is good, you can easily find a credit card with the required features, namely, intro 0% APR with long intro period and no fees for balance transfer operation. Analyze our balance transfer credit cards and pay your attention to Discover Platinum credit card, offering 0% APR on balance transfer and for purchases within 12 months? intro period, and no fee for balance transfer. This card also ensured 5% cash back at gas stations, restaurants, department stores etc. and requires no annual fee. Discover platinum card is intended for good-to-excellent credit applicants, therefore perhaps, you should improve your credit score a bit before you`ll obtain it. Still, you can consider some of the CitiBank credit cards, providing balance transfer option, intro 0% APR for 12 months and demanding no fees. Citibank cards are assigned for good credit holders.

On our site you have an opportunity to find out a few cards of this type. Read all the information about each card, compare the present deals and choose one that suits your needs. I have a limited income--social security and a pension. Can I get a credit card?
If you`re a legal American citizen you can receive a credit card anyway. However, the question arises, what credit card is affordable for you. If you`ve never had any credit cards, mortgages, car loans etc. you seem to have no credit history. Thus, your choice could be one of bad/no credit cards, capable of establishing credit. If you borrowed money from the bank you do have credit score. In this case the first step for you could be getting your score from nationwide credit bureaus: Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax. You can also get your score through the official online source established for this purpose. If you`re aware of your credit score it`s easier for you to select proper credit card application for credit card you can afford.

i have a Hsbc credit card but like to change it too mastercard credit card
If you`ve already had one of HSBC bank cards, you can make sure that it is actually a MasterCard! The thing is that MasterCard credit cards are issued by many banks, including HSBC bank, Advanta Bank, Chase and CitiBank. The question is what MasterCard you want to get exactly. Any way, if you want to close you HSBC credit card, you should follow some reasonable instructions not to damage your credit score. The first important rule is to cancel the card only after you have paid off the balance in full. In case you`ve paid off your credit cards balance you need to cancel the account. First of all, notify your card issuer by phone, printed on the card back, that your balance is zero and you want to cancel your card. A card company representative will try to persuade you to keep the card open and may offer you some perks. If you`re not convinced to keep the card, go ahead with your cancellation procedure. Write a letter to credit card issuer, which says you`re closing your account and want your credit record to reflect the fact that you requested the account to be closed. Send it by certified mail to escape any misfortunes. Check your credit report in about a month to make sure there are no mistakes in it and contact credit card company customer-service department in case you find any.

with bad credit, although asking a bit much, need a credit card with more than a 50.00 limit
In case your credit score is bad the cards you can afford are bad/no credit cards, issued by Orchard bank and First PREMIER bank and capable of repairing your bad credit eventually. Among these cards you can select the most convenient secured credit card, for instance, Orchard bank secured card or New Millennium card. If your purpose is to find an unsecured credit card with instant approval, you should regard unsecured First PREMIER card applications or Orchard bank card deals. If you want to find bad credit card with more than $50 limit, you should analyze terms and conditions credit cards possess very thoroughly. Thus, First PREMIER Gold credit card offers minimum $250 credit limit, but the fees, such as $29 Account Set-Up Fee, $95 Program Fee, $48 Annual Fee, $6.00 monthly Participation Fee, and an annual $20 Additional Card Fee will reduce your available credit until they are paid. You should take this into account considering credit card credit limit. Still, many bad credit cards provide the opportunity of credit line increasing each time your account is eligible and approved for credit limit increase.

i was approved for a credit card to reastablish my credit how long does it take to get the card after they take the money from my account for proccessing
In fact it takes various periods of time to consider your application. You see, generally the bank needs some time to check your report and to make a decision whether you qualify or not. However nowadays many banks also offer to their customers the service of instant approval - that means that the decision is made in a few minutes. In other cases however your application is considered by the bank for a longer period of time - from days to weeks - and then is sent to you by post. Thus, you will also have to wait a bit before the card itself arrives. It depends on where you live and on the work of the post-office. Generally it takes several weeks to get a plastic card itself.

If I get instant approval I need to use this card on the same day. So can I get the card number to use?
Instant approval really can be a fine way to learn the status of your application immediately. Still, even if you are approved, of course you can't get the card itself through the web. In some cases (but no always!) you can start using the money immediately after getting an approval. If you get instant approval, bank can show you your credit card number and expiration date right away. So you will be able to shop online or by the phone with it. However you will not be able to go to the store because you won't have the card itself. Also mind that you won't be able to use your whole credit limit before your card arrives for security reasons. Finally, it must be emphasized that there are no cards that will guarantee you that. Some customers get this option, but not all, probably for security reasons.
